Joined RIM in 1989 in D&R, progressed to yard supervisor, and currently holds a position as onsite/offsite foreman and safety supervisor.

MOTIVATORS:
"If it’s not hard work, it’s easy, and I never take the easy way out. People always ask me when I am going to slow down. My response is simple: when my body tells me to, which isn’t for a long time.
“I enjoy my job. I get to interact with great people, operate huge machines and equipment, and be part of a much-needed service.
“There are not a lot of companies that specialize in what we do, or even want to attempt it; we are our own breed of worker, and I am proud to be part of that."
